Interview Coordination:
Running interviews is tricky as there can be many, internal
and external, parties involved. I am sympathetic to this but how long should a
candidate wait to get any feedback (good or bad)?
Along with this interviews can end up being spread out over
more than one week. If you are seen first is this not a great disadvantage as
you will, by the end of the process, just be a distant memory?
